This luxurious 4,500 square foot custom designed 5 bedroom, 4 and a half bath, home offers beautiful views of Egret Pond which is one of Kiawah's largest lagoons, and the 2nd Fairway of Osprey Point off in the distance, with a beautiful, infinity edge pool overlooking the water. The property is located in Vanderhorst Plantation behind the second security gate, where life seems to settle down just a little more, enjoy less traffic and more room at the beach. This is only a five minute bike ride to the nearest beach access, and you and your family will be safe the entire way on paved bike paths with no main streets to cross that meander through the woods and along the marshes and lagoons. You can even stop to fish or go crabbing along the way. As you pull up the driveway, you will be greeted by well maintained lawn and landscaping. Upon entering the home through the covered front porch with wrought iron railing and hardwood decking, you will be welcomed into the large open foyer where you will notice the quality and craftsmanship that has gone into this exquisite beach home. As you further explore the house you will find a large dining room with family seating for 8 to 10 people, and a very comfortable family room with 65 inch large flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace. Glass doors lead to a large Brazilian teak deck and a beautiful private infinity pool overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The high quality patio furniture is inviting and an ideal place to sit, relax and enjoy entertaining outdoors. There is also a stainless steel grill and private outdoor shower. The gourmet kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets. There is a long breakfast bar with seating for 4 on sea grass stools so you can converse with the chef while meals are being prepared, or catch up on game scores on the built in plasma TV above the fridge. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is located in the east wing of the house and is very private. This suite features a wall of windows with breathtaking views of the deck, pool, lagoon and golf course. It has a king size bed, sitting area with plasma TV, and its own private bathroom with a large jetted tub, separate shower, double vanity, separate toilet room and walk in closets. Also on the first floor are two additional bedrooms, which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One has a queen and one has two twins, and both have flat screen TVs.



The second floor of the home, just three steps up from the first floor, offers a large second master suite with a king sized bed. The master bathroom has a luxurious natural stone shower and travertine topped double vanity. The third floor includes a third master bedroom, sitting room and home theater. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and a private balcony with spectacular views overlooking the deck, pool, lagoon and golf course. The master bedroom and the sitting room share a luxurious natural stone bath which includes a large shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet room. The home theater has a 75 inch TV, a sound bar, Xbox 360 with Kinect, a controller-free gaming and entertainment experience, and comfortable seating for the whole crew. With all new furniture and owners who visit often to ensure the pristine condition of this wonderful home, you'd be hard pressed to find such a well-appointed property with so many amenities for such a great price.
