First floor villa with a private scenic dock on the lagoon. Nice lagoon views. This villa is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and is close to the green spaces and playgrounds of Night Heron Park. Kiawah Island's 30 plus miles of paved bike trails extend all the way to both The Shops in West Beach Village and the shopping, dining and entertainment of Freshfields Village. Kiawah Island's beautiful 10 miles of hard packed beach are also perfect for bike riding, plus, walking, shelling or simply sunning.



This villa boasts tile floors, granite counters in the kitchen and large flat screen TV in the living room. This three bedroom, three bath home can accommodate up to six guests. The master has a queen bed, as does the second bedroom. The remaining bedroom has two twin beds.



Wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. Each Parkside Villa includes: free parking, screened porch and/or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
