First floor villa with a private dock on the scenic lagoon. Within an easy walking distance to the beach, Night Heron Park and Playground, and the Nature Center. Kiawah Island's 30 plus miles of paved bike trails extend all the way to both The Shops in West Beach Village and the shopping, dining and entertainment of Freshfields Village. Kiawah Island's beautiful 10 miles of hard packed beach are also perfect for bike riding, plus, walking, shelling or simply sunning. Square Feet 1356.



This Parkside villa gets plenty of sun and has wonderful lagoon views. The living room is situated to look out over the lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen has a pass-through to the living room, so no one has to be isolated from the family while fixing or cleaning up after a meal. The dining area has vaulted ceilings and a wonderful water view. The living and dining areas both access the screened porch and deck. The Master suite is furnished with a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. Guests enjoy access to wireless internet access.



Each Parkside Villa includes free parking, screened porch and/or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
