This second floor villa is within close walking distance to the green spaces of Night Heron Park and Playground, the Nature Center, and beach access. Kiawah Island's 30 plus miles of paved bike trails extend all the way to both The Shops in West Beach Village and the shopping, dining and entertainment of Freshfields Village. The light, airy living area has high ceilings and comfortable seating, and has access to the screened porch. The furnished screened porch offers a wonderful place to enjoy a meal outside, or just relax to the sounds of island life and nature. The dining area seats 6 guests, and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use.

The Master bedroom has a charming English country cottage feel. It is furnished with a king bed and has its own 32 inch flat screen TV; there is a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a cheerful seaside theme, is furnished with two twin beds, and shares the full hall bathroom.
