This stunning oceanfront second floor villa features full ocean views. Great furniture in the living room and bedroom, and both tile and carpet flooring which has been added throughout the rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have custom-made cabinets, quartz countertops and hardware. The entire villa is pleasantly painted with great artwork added. This villa also provides a desk and work area with wireless high-speed internet and unlimited local and unlimited long distance phone service, for those guests who need to stay in touch during their stay. Guests also love Kiawah's 30 plus miles of paved bicycle trails extending all the way to Freshfields Village and also riding on Kiawah's 10 miles of hard packed beach. Approximately 793 square feet.



The living room is decorated in relaxing neutral colors, and has plenty of comfortable furniture. A sliding glass door opens to the furnished oceanview deck, where guests can enjoy dining with an ocean view. There is a 51-inch Plasma TV in the living room, which has a Netflix account and a wireless blue ray DVD player. A collection board games complete the entertainment area. The dining table in the adjacent dining area seats up to four guests, and an additional two guests can dine at the kitchen's breakfast counter. The kitchen itself has views of the ocean through the pass-through, and is fully equipped and ready for cooking. The only thing missing is the food!



The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and features lovely ocean views. Enjoy waking up to the sight and sound of the surf! The bedroom has a new 32-inch LCD TV with standard cable stations, and a small sitting area. The master bath features a whirlpool tub, and has brand new cabinetry and counter tops.



Each Windswept Villa includes free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service requires a login and password. Contact the front desk about the login information. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
