This marvelous villa with the feel of a private home, is located within easy walking distance to the beach. Close to The Shops In West Beach Village and not far from Freshfields Village. There are ocean views from the screened-in porch and master bedroom of this villa.



The living room, dining room and kitchen are all located on the first floor, as well as a small powder room. The living room features hardwood floors, a working fireplace with a beautiful marble mantle, a TV with expanded-tier cable, and a VCR. Guests can access the screened porch from the living room, as well as the adjoining dining room. The dining room seats up to 8 guests and also features hardwood floors. The eat-in kitchen has been recently remodeled with stainless steel appliances, and the breakfast nook seats up to 4 guests. The screened porch offers a table and chairs where guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or dining with an ocean view. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.



The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath, and accesses the deck. The queen bedroom also has access to the deck, and a private bath. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and its own private bath. All three upstairs baths have modern amenities. Wonderful furnishings and decorative appointments make this a comfortable vacation home. In addition, guests enjoy wireless internet service and shared access to a nearby community pool.
