This charming three bedroom cottage has a nice and easy-to-use kitchen, two full bathrooms and glassed-in-sunroom with a pullout sofa. Hardwood floors start at the entry and extend throughout the dining and living room. The sunroom was enclosed recently to allow for a larger living space and new a sleeper sofa was added to allow for a maximum occupancy of 8. The deck has a gas grill and table with a large umbrella.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, 19in TV and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom. The third bedroom has two twins and shares a bathroom. This property also has wireless internet service, a large flat panel TV in the living space and free domestic long distance service. Shared access to community pool. Square Feet 1497.
