FIRST FLOOR: The living room is furnished comfortably and includes a sleeper sofa, flat panel TV and DVD player, and DirectTV. It segues into the dining area which seats up to eight guests, and is separated from the kitchen by a granite counter. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have hardwood floors. Doors lead from the dining room and kitchen to the furnished screened porch, where guests will find a dining table for six, as well as steps leading down to the small patio with gas barbeque grill. Lovely fairway views can be enjoyed from the screened porch. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a full private bath. A second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and has access to a full hall bath. The first floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and includes private access to the screened porch, and a full private bath.
SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor is another master suite, this one furnished with a king bed. It includes its own private deck, and a full private bath. The fifth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a full private bath.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
