The home features a gourmet kitchen, a deck, two fireplaces, an open floor plan, 65 inch flat panel TV, blu-ray player, audio system, wireless internet access, and an illusion horizon swimming pool and spa (not heated). With five bedrooms and four and a half baths, this home accommodates up to ten guests. Square Feet 4547. FIRST FLOOR: The first-floor Master suite has a King bed, a fireplace, TV/DVD, a private deck, and private bath with double vanity, a garden tub and separate stall shower.

SECOND FLOOR: A second-floor bedroom offers views of the river and marsh, daybed and trundle, and private bath with stall shower. Another bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds, and shares a walk-in closet and full bath with a bedroom equipped with a Queen bed. The fourth bedroom on this level is furnished with two Double beds, a TV, and a private bath. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. The telephone system provides domestic long distance service. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
