This three bedroom and two bath cottage offers wooded views and access to a community pool. The cottage has an open floor plan which is unique to a Sparrow Pond cottage. The kitchen and baths are nice and the entire cottage is decorated with a nautical theme throughout. Guests enjoy wireless internet access.

The living room features hardwood floors, flat screen TV with DVD and opens onto the deck. The large open deck is great for dining al fresco and enjoying the sun. It also has a gas grill. The gourmet kitchen has new stainless steel appliance granite counters (with seating at one of the counters), and tile floors. The dining area seats six and opens onto the deck and screened porch. The screened porch is a comfortable place to curl up with a book or enjoy your morning coffee.

This cottage allows eight guests but has bedding for six. The master suite has a king bed, TV with DVD, and private bath. The second bedroom has queen bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom with two twin beds, TV and DVD.

Each Sparrow Pond Cottage includes: covered parking, screened porch or sunroom, deck, free access to a community pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
