Also offering lagoon views, this non-smoking home in the popular Turtle Beach neighborhood, features hardwood floors, ceiling fans, a fireplace, wireless internet, a furnished front porch and screened porch, a gas grill, and access to a community pool and croquet lawn. FIRST FLOOR: The home's great room includes both living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a sectional couch, and includes a fireplace, flat screen TV with expanded tier cable and DVD player, and bead board walls. The dining area has built-in bookshelves with a selection of beach reading, and can seat up to eight guests at the table. The adjoining breakfast bar seats and additional three guests, and the fully-equipped kitchen includes an ice maker. Double doors from the dining room lead out to the furnished screened porch, which can also be accessed from the kitchen. The first-floor master suite has a king bed, private access to the screened porch, and a private bath with separate tub and shower. Another downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a private bath. A third bedroom on this level is furnished with a queen bed and has access to a full hall bath.



SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor is a fourth bedroom furnished with a queen bed, which shares the full hall bath equipped with a stall shower. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, and also shares the full hall bath.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
