Nestled within the popular Ocean Green community in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation area behind the second gate of Kiawah Island, this fairway view home is an easy walk to the beach and offers free access to the community swimming pool. Guests enjoy such amenities as wireless internet access, hardwood floors, a gas grill, and sunroom. With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, the home will accommodate up to ten guests. FIRST FLOOR: The first floor contains the main living area. The comfortable living room features fairway views, hardwoods floors and plenty of seating. An entertainment center includes a stereo and a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and sliding glass doors open onto the screened porch. The adjacent dining area seats up to eight guests, and also has sliding glass doors which open onto the porch. The furnished screened porch includes a dining table that will seat six, and has views of the 13th fairway of the Turtle Point golf course. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and a tile backsplash, as well as a breakfast bar that seats four. The master suite is furnished with a queen sleigh bed and features its own 25-inch TV with a DVD and VCR, and has private access to the screened porch. The master bath features a soaking tub and separate shower.
SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has the remainder of the bedrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen four-poster bed and a daybed, and includes private access to the second floor deck and a private bath. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and twin bed and includes private deck access. This bedroom shares access to the full hall bath with the fourth bedroom which is furnished with queen bed, with twin futon sleeper located in the closet. A den is located upstairs and is furnished with a double futon, plus has a 25-inchTV with DVD player and expanded tier cable.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
