With tranquil Pintail Pond as a peaceful backdrop, and the bike path to the beach just a few yards away, this lovely home in a secluded neighborhood is a convenient retreat. Guests of this home can enjoy ceiling fans in every room, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, a large deck, a sunroom, a gourmet kitchen, an intercom system, two gas fireplaces, wireless internet access, a game room with billiard table, wheelchair ramp access, and a swimming pool! The pool is not heated, and the overflow spa tub is not heated or jetted. With six bedrooms and five baths, this home accommodates up to 14 guests. Square Feet 4800.



FIRST FLOOR: The foyer gives way to a spacious living room, with a gas fireplace, built-in bookshelves, a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Inviting furnishings offer a cozy place to sit, and large windows with plantation shutters frame views of the pond. A sunroom with terra cotta tiles is graced with views of the pond from the large windows that make up the three walls of the room, while columns separate the sunroom from the foyer and kitchen. Sliding glass doors on either side of the room give access to the deck. The eat-in kitchen seats three, and has plenty of counter space. An intercom system connects the rest of the home with this hub of the house. Stainless steel Viking appliances, the black granite breakfast bar, and crisp white cabinetry give the kitchen a sleek, contemporary look, while still maintaining a warm cozy feel. A sliding glass door lets in plenty of light and accesses the deck. Across the hall from the kitchen is the formal dining room, which seats eight, and features large windows and plantation shutters. The large back deck seats six quests and has a gas grill and beautiful view of Pintail Pond. Divided into two distinct areas by the sunroom, the back deck is a great place to enjoy the sun. The deck-top swimming pool (11x31 feet) is on one side. The other side of the deck has a wheelchair ramp from the driveway, allowing guests to access the home without having to climb steps to the main entrance.



There are four bedrooms on the first level of this home. The downstairs master suite is furnished with a king bed and has its own gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, as well as private access to the deck. The master bath features a skylight, as well as a whirlpool tub and separate stall shower. On the other side of the foyer, double pocket doors separate a second bedroom, furnished with a daybed and trundle bed, from the living area. A private bathroom features a garden tub and shower combination. A third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and accesses the full hall bath, also with a garden tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom downstairs is furnished with a king bed. Sliding glass doors open to the deck. The private bathroom is wheelchair friendly, with lifted sink and roll-in shower.



SECOND FLOOR: The loft area of the second floor holds a game room, with comfortable chairs, a wet bar, and a billiard table. A sundeck at the end of the room has a marvelous view of Pintail Pond. The full hall bath is illuminated by a skylight during the day. A bedroom with two twin beds shares the hall bath with the upstairs master suite, furnished with a king bed. The upstairs master features skylights and a cozy sitting area with a combination flat-screen TV, VCR and DVD player. Both upstairs bedrooms and the game room have vaulted ceilings.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
