FIRST FLOOR: The great room of this lovely home is furnished with two sofas and comfortable chairs, and includes a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a stereo. This room has high ceilings, glowing wood floors and a gas fireplace, as well as ceiling fan. Sliding glass doors open up to the spacious deck with built-in seating, and includes a gas barbeque grill. Back inside, the adjacent dining area seats up to eight guests, and has access to the furnished screened porch, which has a dining table for four. The kitchen is open to the dining area and has a curved island breakfast bar which seats four. The breakfast bar and counters are topped in granite, and the kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. The first floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and includes its own TV and a full private bath.



SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has three bedrooms. The second floor master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. This bedroom includes its own TV, and has a private full bath with a separate soaking tub and stall shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. It has a full private bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom, which is furnished with two twin beds, also has a full private bath.
