First floor, end unit villa with a deck. Views of the Turtle Point Golf Course and lagoons. The master suite with King bed and 25 inch TV is upstairs and has a private bathroom with separate tub and shower. There is a twin bedroom downstairs with access to a full hall bath. There is also a queen bedroom downstairs with a private bath with shower only, no tub. The living room has wall mounted flat screen TV. The porch has been glassed in and has a sleeper sofa.
