Features include spacious sitting areas, a fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms with private baths, and free wireless internet and long distance calling, making you feel right at home. Outside, two levels of decks, with wooden rocking chairs, access from every bedroom. A furnished screened porch, lets you enjoy the glorious coastal weather Kiawah has to offer. Kiawah Island's 30 plus miles of paved bike trails extend all the way to both The Shops in West Beach Village and the shopping, dining and entertainment of Freshfields Village. Kiawah Island's beautiful 10 miles of hard packed beach are also perfect for bike riding, plus, walking, shelling or simply sunning.

The FIRST FLOOR offers an open-space living environment with hardwood floors. The cozy living room is a great place to gather for conversation or watch a movie on the large flat panel TV with DVD. The large dining room table offers a place for a delicious meal or family game, with some board games stored in the hutch and ready for play. The master suite offers a quiet get-away with a queen bed, cable TV, separate shower and tub, dual vanities, and plenty of closet and drawer space.



The SECOND FLOOR offers plenty of sleeping arrangements with wall-to-wall plush carpeting. Two bedrooms each have two double beds, cable TV, and private full baths. A third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has access to an outside deck. A sitting room doubles as a fourth bedroom furnished with a twin bed/trundle bed and cable TV with DVD, making it a great kids' retreat. An upstairs full bath services these two rooms.



The STREET LEVEL offers a two car garage, inside entry to the house and plenty of room to store bikes and beach accessories, with an outdoor shower hose to wash-off the sand from the beach.



Home amenities include linens, bath towels, washer and dryer, vacuum, brooms, and a starter supply of paper products, cleaning products and detergents. Kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils needed for each meal. Free WiFi is accessible throughout the house and on an open network that requires no logins or passwords. The internet service does not provide network security or support and is not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The home is smoke-free. No pets please.
