This pleasing cottage has a view of the lagoon. Amenities include six televisions, four DVD players, and hardwood floors. Great location in the West Beach Village, with free community swimming pool. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, dining, tennis and golf, plus easy access to miles of paved bike trails that run throughout the island!

The spacious living room is very comfortable and has plenty of seating. The adjacent dining room will accommodate 6 guests. Guests enjoy access to wireless internet. Bedding includes a King bed in the master suite, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, two Twin beds in the third bedroom, and a Twin and Trundle bed in the fourth bedroom. Square Feet: 1200.

Each Sparrow Pond Cottage includes: Covered parking, screened porch or sunroom, deck, free access to a community pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
