This first floor two bedroom, two bath villa offers view of Turtle Point Golf Course and lagoons. Guests enjoy access to wireless internet.



The living room, which has a great lagoon view, has a DVD player and opens onto the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has tile floors and offers seating for three at the counter. The sunroom, with sleeper sofa, is a great place to curl up with a book.



The master suite has a king bed and TV while the second bedroom has a twin, and twin sized daybed with trundle. The sleeper sofa in the sunroom provides additional bedding.



Each Turtle Point Villa includes: free parking, screened porch and/or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24 hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
