This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home featuring lagoon views and a private pool is located behind the second security gate in Vanderhorst Plantation. This home is just a short bike ride from the beach. Guests love Kiawah's 30 plus miles of paved bicycle trails and also riding on Kiawah's 10 miles of hardpacked beach. Guests enjoy access to wireless internet.



The home features an open floor plan and hardwood floors throughout the main living areas which are located on the first floor. The great room, with flat screen TV and DVD, has vaulted ceilings and access to the deck and private pool. The kitchen offers amenities like an icemaker and opens onto the deck and screened porch. The dining area, open to the kitchen and living area, has seating for eight. There is plenty of outdoor living space with deck with a gas grill and screened porch. The spacious screened porch offers a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The private pool has a large deck which is great for lounging. The pool is three to five feet deep and roughly 20 feet by 18 feet.



Also located on the first floor are three bedrooms. The master suite with king and TV has private bath with double vanity along with a separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and daybed along with a private bath. The third bedroom has queen bed and a private bath.



On the second floor, the loft/fourth bedroom is open to the living area via window like openings. With a set of bunk beds, sofa, and flat screen TV with DVD, this area is perfect for the kids to have their own space.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
