FIRST FLOOR This home features hardwood floors throughout the first floor. The living area is decorated with comfortable furniture, and has a 37 inch LCD TV, VCR and DVD player, plus a small library of games. This room also has deck access and is open to the dining area, which seats up to eight guests. The eat in kitchen has updated appliances, granite countertops, and a built in desk area. The breakfast nook can seat up to eight guests, and has charming toile accents. The den is also located on this floor, and features built-in bookshelves with a small library for guests to enjoy, and a sleeper sofa for additional bedding. There is a full hall bath on the first floor. The furnished back deck has a pergola over the back door for some extra shade. A gas grill is available for guest use, and there is a table and chairs for four. Steps lead down from the deck to the back yard.
SECOND FLOOR The second floor features the master suite, which is furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV with DVD and a private bath with tub and shower. Separate His and Hers vanities ensure you don't have to wait to brush your teeth in the morning, and a separate water closet also adds privacy. A second bedroom has two Twin beds, while a third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Each of these two bedrooms has its own flat screen TV with DVD, and both share access to the hall bathroom.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24 hour security in a gated community.
