This is a wonderful spot to get away from it all! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the thoughtfully decorated non-smoking home features plantation shutters throughout the home, wooded views, wireless internet access, a screened porch, a deck, a gas grill, and garage access. Tucked away behind the second gate, in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation area of Kiawah, this contemporary home is surrounded by lots of greenery year round. With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, this home accommodates up to eight guests. This home also has a hot and cold outdoor shower. Square Feet 2016

FIRST FLOOR: The home has wood floors throughout. Comfortable seating in the living room area with a TV, and expanded tier cable, a door leads out to the furnished screened porch, which opens onto the deck. The eat-in kitchen has a dining area which seats six, French doors leading to the deck with gas barbeque grill. The den which is furnished with a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, and expanded tier cable, provides extra living/sleeping space and can be private by closing the custom made barn doors. A half bath serves the family areas of this home. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed, its own TV a private bath with a double sink vanity a second vanity a whirlpool bathtub and stand up shower.

SECOND FLOOR: Guests who ascend to the second floor will find two bedrooms. The first of these is a room furnished with a queen bed with access to a full hall bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and a private bath.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24 hour security in a gated community.
