This five bedroom, five and half bath home with private pool is located within The Preserve, behind the second security gate in prestigious Vanderhorst Plantation. Guests are welcomed by a lovely brick stairwell and covered porch leading to the grand foyer and its barrel-vaulted ceiling. Approximately 5309 square feet.

Many rooms afford breathtaking views of Blue Heron Pond. In fact, windowed walls frame pond views in the living room which also featured coffered ceilings, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, two sitting areas and a wet bar. Surround sound exists throughout the home and the DVD player is Blu-Ray. There is a mosquito mister outside. French doors open onto the screened porch and sparkling infinity pool (which can be heated for a fee, please inquire for details). 183 Bull Thistle Lane guests can also enjoy a neighborhood boathouse on Cinder Creek, as well as, the viewing tower and pier offering unlimited opportunities to take-in and enjoy the natural scenery and its natural inhabitants.



The kitchen has exposed beams and flows effortlessly into the living areas. The beautiful hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry and granite countertops, along with an island with a prep sink make an efficient workspace for any chef. There is a walk-in pantry and top notch appliances including Bosch, Sub-Zero and Viking.

Two master suites with walk-in closets and stone baths with dual vanities, soaking tubs and separate showers provide the amenities guests seek on the first floor.

The remaining three upstairs bedrooms all have private baths. A media room is also located upstairs and it has a bath and kitchenette with 55 inch flat screen television which could serve as an additional guest suite.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully-equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
