This bright, colorful home in exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation has great ocean views. Plus, a private boardwalk to the beach and an outdoor shower. A spacious 2350 square feet includes the kitchen, dining room, living room and one of two master suites, with a King bed, on the upper level. The upper deck overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.

The den is on the lower level and there is a nice screened porch amongst the trees of Kiawah's maritime forest. Also on the first floor is a King bed master suite, a bedroom with two double beds, and a bedroom with one bunk bed and one twin. The home is non-smoking and has 3.5 bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is 10.

The game room for the kids is also on the first floor. 90 Surfsong boasts all the electronics one could need including Direct TV for the Flat Screen TVs which also have DVD and CD players with IPod connections. Wireless internet available. There is also a Basketball Hoop for more outside fun. Kiawah Island boasts over 30 miles of paved bicycle trails and it is an easy ride to Kiawah's famed Ocean Course.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24 hour security in a gated community.The wireless service requires a login and password.
