LIVING AREAS: The cozy living room features hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace with granite surround and granite-topped counters on either side, and comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy the flat-screen TV and DVD player with expanded tier cable, or listen to music on the stereo. The adjacent kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats three, and divides the room from the living area. The granite-topped counters and island range add to the elegance of the room, as do the stainless steel appliances. The breakfast nook seats up to six guests, as well. The formal dining room will seat up to eight guests.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom features hardwood floors and plantation shutters, and is furnished with a king bed. This bedroom has its own TV with expanded tier cable, and a private bath with marble-tiled soaking tub and separate shower. The second, dormered bedroom is furnished with a queen bed has a full private bath, while the third bedroom is also dormered and furnished with two twin beds and shares access to a full hall bath. Both of these bedrooms also have their own TVs.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
