This six bedroom, six and half bath home with private infinity pool features views of the lagoon and first fairway of the Osprey Point Golf Course and is located behind the second security gate in the Vanderhorst Plantation. The home offers over 5,325 feet of inside living space and 1,180 square feet of outdoor living space with decks and porches. The custom mahogany entry door welcomes you as it opens to the grand staircase. Guests enjoy such amenities such as a 4-stop elevator to all levels, gas fireplace, wireless internet access, and an outdoor shower. The home has many extra touches like the salted driveway finish, walnut flooring throughout, stone flooring in the powder room, black and white marble flooring in another and a third level entertainment area, to name just a few. You will be delighted with the inside and outside wired sound system including in-ceiling speakers, DSL access, multiple flat screen television locations and two surround sound systems . First Floor: The main living areas are located on the first floor. The living room with hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings has a flat screen TV with DVD player. The living room opens onto the deck, made of Ipe decking, and the private swimming pool. The pool is 24' x 12' and is an infinity pool with Travertine tile. There is a spiral staircase from the pool deck to the ground level. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, dual farm house style sink, gas stove, a wine cooler, hardwood floors and offers seating at the breakfast bar island with a companion sink. This great kitchen also boats a SubZero refrigerator-freezer and Wolf Gas Range with custom vent and pot filler plus a Bosch dishwasher. The dining area seats 12 and opens onto both the kitchen and living area. This lovely home offers a wine refrigerator in the kitchen, and also on the 3rd floor. The first floor as a master suite with a King bed, TV with DVD and private walk out to the pool. The master bath has his and her vanities and a walk-in shower with handheld wand.
Second Floor: This floor has four bedrooms. There is a second master suite with a King bed and TV along with access to the deck. The master bath has his and her vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and private bath with tub/shower. The remaining bedroom on this floor also has a Queen bed, TV and a private bath with walk-in shower.
Third Floor: A den located offers additional living space with a flat screen TV, wine cooler, and a small kitchen. The den also opens onto the deck. The sixth and final bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and private bath.
