Guests in this home enjoy a built-in sound system throughout house and porches, wireless internet access, elevator, professional kitchen with granite counters, and hardwood floors throughout first two floors. FIRST FLOOR: The first floor of this home consists of the main living spaces and the master bedroom suite. The living area has hardwood floors, flat screen TV with surround sound, wooded scenic views, and access to the screened porch. The dining area, which is opens onto the living area and kitchen, has a dining table that seats eight and access to the screened porch. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a gas Viking stove and hardwood floors. The master bedroom suite on the first floor has a king bed, TV and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The master suite also offers access to the patio. The screened porch overlooks the swimming pool, and has a built-in stereo system that also runs throughout the home. The private pool may be heated, for a fee, during the months of April, May, September, October, and November

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor of the home has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have king beds, TVs, private baths with showers only, and access to the deck, which overlooks the pool and is connected to the stereo system that runs throughout the home. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hall bath.

THIRD FLOOR: On the third level of the home are the den and final bedroom, which is a great loft space for kids. The bedroom has three twin beds and access to the hall bath. The den features a flat-screen TV with surround sound and balcony.
