This cottage features two TVs, a built-in stereo system, wireless internet access, screened porch and a fireplace. Views are of the natural maritime forest wooded surroundings. The great mid-island location offers easy access to shopping, dining, recreation at the Night Heron Park, and tennis and golf at both the East and West Beach Villages, and miles of bike trails that run throughout the island! The beach is only a couple of blocks away. This three-bedroom, two-bath cottage is able to accommodate up to six guests. Square Feet 1234.



LIVING AREA: The spacious living area is fitted with comfortable seating, and features a high ceiling and a wall-mounted flat screen TV and DVD player plus expanded tier cable. A wood-burning fireplace is available for chilly nights. The nicely appointed kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and includes hardwood floors, granite countertops and a pass through to the small breakfast table in the foyer, which can seat three guests. The dining area has hardwood floors and a ceiling fan, and seats up to six guests comfortably. It has access to the screened porch, where guests can choose to dine al fresco at a table which seats six. The screened porch opens to the sun deck, which has built-in seating and a barbeque grill.



BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and includes its own TV with expanded tier cable. This bedroom has a full private bathroom with decorative tile accents and a granite vanity. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and shares a full hall bath with the third bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed.



Each Oceanwoods cottage includes free parking, screened porch or sunroom, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
