Located close to the beach, this lovely home features a private pool and fairway views. This 5 bedroom, 5 bath home affords your family or group gathering ample space. Some of the amenities include an office, granite countertops, flat panel TVs, and wireless internet access.

FIRST FLOOR: The spacious formal living room looks out over the private swimming pool (can be heated for a fee, please inquire for details) and 9th fairway of the Turtle Point golf course. Cool greens and blues offer a respite from summer's heat, and create an oasis where you can enjoy a book, talk for hours, or watch the flat-screen TV. The formal dining room seats up to 8 guests comfortably, and has hardwood floors. The fully equipped gourmet eat-in kitchen, with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters, seats 4-5 in the breakfast nook, and 3 at the breakfast bar. A kitchen island and lots of counter space make meal prep much easier. The family room is located off the kitchen, and has a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV and DVD player, and plenty of comfortable seating. A small den, also off the kitchen, has a small desk and a wall mounted LCD TV and DVD player. The first floor master suite is furnished with a king bed, and has deck access and a private bath. It also has its own flat screen TV, and a small sitting area. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has access to the hall bath (shower only, with rainhead shower head).

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor master suite is furnished with a king bed and has its own TV and a private bath (shower only, with rainhead shower head). A second upstairs bedroom furnished with two queen beds also has its own TV and a private bath (shower only, with rainhead shower head). A third upstairs bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a full bath. All three bedrooms located on the second floor have access to the furnished deck which overlooks the swimming pool and Turtle Point Golf Course.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
