313 Glen Eagle is situated on a quiet side street off Surfsong Road, in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation area. Just off the first fairway of the Turtle Point golf course, this non-smoking home is within an easy bike ride to the beach. Guests in this home enjoy hardwood floors, wireless internet access, gas grill and garage access. With three bedrooms and three and half baths, this home sleeps up to eight guests. First Floor: The cheerful living room has two full-sized sofas, and is flanked on one end by a beautiful fireplace with granite surround, and on the other by a large flat-screen TV with expanded tier cable and a DVD player. Plantation shutters mask the sliding glass doors leading to the furnished sundeck. The large eat-in kitchen includes a granite-topped island breakfast bar that can seat six, and has a dining table for eight. Another fireplace, surrounded in granite to match the island, anchors one wall in this room. A plate glass door leads out to the other side of the deck, where there is a gas barbeque grill and a dining table for six. A family room with a bay window is located off the kitchen, and houses a sofa and TV with DVD player. There is also a half bath off the hall. The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor, and includes a king bed, private deck access and 32-inch TV, as well as a full private bath. The second bedroom, also located on the first floor, has a king bed, 27-inch TV, and full private bath.



Second Floor: On the second floor, the third bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and also includes a 27-inch TV with expanded tier cable, and a full private bath. A sleeper sofa offers additional bedding.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
