What a phenomenal home! This incredible 3 bedroom, 3 bath custom cottage has an open floor plan that flows naturally from room to room. Other features include hardwood floors, granite counters, screened porch and patio, and lovely views of the Kiawah River, and has free access to the community pool and fishing pier! LIVING AREAS The airy great room includes plenty of seating and gets lots of light thanks to several picture windows. Two ceiling fans keep the temperatures comfortable. The entertainment center includes a wall mounted flat screen plasma TV and expanded tier cable, as well as a DVD player. Steps lead down from the living room to a furnished ground level patio. A round dining table seats six guests, and looks out over the Kiawah River. A sliding glass door opens to the furnished screened porch, which enjoys river and marsh views. A long granite-topped island seats four guests, and is great for breakfast or a casual snack. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a gas range with hood.
BEDROOMS The Master bedroom is located just off the kitchen, and is furnished with a king bed. A flat screen TV is available, and the private bath includes a stall shower, granite counters and glass tiles. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and includes a flat screen TV and private bath with stall shower and granite counter. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and its own flat screen TV. The third bath has granite counters and a shower/tub combination.
Inlet Cove is a privately gated community complete with community swimming pool and crabbing dock, and is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and community pool, the nearby General Store, and the golf, tennis, shopping and dining in West Beach Village. Inlet Cove is also the closest neighborhood to shopping and dining in Freshfields Village, Bohicket Marina and Historic Charleston. Each Inlet Cove cottage includes covered parking, screened porch or sunroom, deck, free access to a community pool and fishing pier, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24 hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
