Just steps away from the West Beach Marsh View Observation Tower, along the Kiawah River, this home offers guests incredible marsh and river views, as well as a reverse floor plan, hardwood floors, granite counters, wireless internet access, and an outdoor shower. With three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, this home will accommodate up to eight guests. Square Feet 2136.



FIRST FLOOR: The spacious master suite is furnished with a king bed, and looks out over the marsh. The master bath has 'his and hers' vanities, separated by an oversized stall shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a large picture window which showcases the views of the marsh. This bedroom shares a full bath with the third bedroom, furnished with two twin beds. The master suite and the bedroom with the two twin beds both have hardwood floors.



SECOND FLOOR: The main living areas are located upstairs. The living area includes two built-in and well-stocked bookshelves which flank the fireplace (sorry, not for guest use). The dining area seats six guests, and is separated from the kitchen by a long granite-topped counter. The modern kitchen includes gleaming stainless steel appliances and granite counters and backsplash. Glass-fronted cabinets show off their contents so it's easy to find the right tools for the job! Off the living area is a cheery sunroom with a trey ceiling and sleeper sofa. Surrounded by windows, this room offers the best views in the house. Sliding glass doors give access to the furnished sundeck, with its marsh and river views. A dining table on the deck will accommodate up to six guests, and there is a gas grill for a la carte dining.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
