Built-in bookshelves house a collection of vacation reads as well as a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a stereo system. The adjoining dining area seats up to eight guests at the table, and is separated from the eat-in kitchen by a breakfast bar which seats three. The breakfast nook can accommodate six guests. The dining area and breakfast nook both access the furnished screened porch, which includes a dining table for six, ceiling fans, and verdant views of the 13th fairway of the Turtle Point golf course. A small sundeck includes a gas barbeque grill and additional seating. Three bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom is equipped with a king bed and includes its own TV and access to the covered front porch with porch swing, as well as a private full bath. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed and includes its own TV and porch access at the other end with its comfortable rocking chairs. It too has a full private bath. A third room on the first level is equipped with a queen and includes its own TV and private access to the furnished screened porch. This bedroom also has a full private bath.
SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor is a fourth bedroom furnished with two twin beds, and including its own access to the second floor deck and private full bath. The master suite is on the second floor, and is furnished with a king bed. This bedroom has its own TV and private access to the second floor deck, as well as its own private full bath.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
