The open living room has such features as hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings along with a flat screen TV with DVD. The living room has lots of natural light and opens onto the deck and features views of the 16th fairway of Cougar Point. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining room which comfortably seats eight. The first floor also has a Master Bedroom with a King bed and TV and a second bedroom with a Queen bed and TV.
The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. The third bedroom features a King bed and TV, while the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The fifth bedroom has a Full bed with two Twin beds and TV. There are two full baths on the second floor.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully-equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
