Located on a private drive and nestled in the trees, this non-smoking home features Brazilian cherry floors, wireless internet access, HDTV, free domestic long distance, fireplace, garage, TV and cable in all bedrooms, the den and the living room plus much more! The home is a short three minute walk from the beach along the bicycle bath. The grounds are professionally landscaped and maintained. This four bedroom, four bath home accommodates up to ten guests. FIRST FLOOR: The main living spaces are located on the first floor. The kitchen and living room combine to create a two story great room with exposed wood beams and a cathedral wood ceiling. A row of windows across the second floor allows natural sunlight to bathe the room. The living area boasts a 42-inch plasma TV with DVD/VCR combo and access to the large deck, with a golf course view, which is great for outdoor entertaining with a table and chairs and a Weber gas grill. The dining area seats eight guests at the table, and up to four more can be seated at the kitchen breakfast bar, which divides the kitchen from the rest of the great room. The kitchen includes granite counters and two sinks. The den, also located on this floor, offers additional bedding with a queen sleeper sofa. The first floor master suite features a king four-poster bed, its own flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with whirlpool tub.



SECOND FLOOR: The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor. The second master suite offers a peaked ceiling with a ceiling fan, is furnished with a queen bed and its own TV, and has private deck access and a private full bath. The third bedroom also has a peaked ceiling, and offers two twin beds, and its own TV. This bedroom shares access to the full hall bath. The fourth bedroom offers a double bed and its own TV, and has a private bath.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully-equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
