Located across the street from the beach access, and only 150 yards from the sand, this traditional home includes such features as hardwood floors, fireplace, ceiling fans, and wireless internet access. With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home will accommodate up to ten guests. Square Feet: 3000

FIRST FLOOR: The first floor has hardwood floors. The cheerful living room has a fireplace with brick surround, wet bar and built-in bookshelves stocked with reading material. There is a TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a stereo. Sliding glass doors offer access to the furnished deck with its built-in seating and lovely lagoon views. The living room is adjacent to the dining room, which seats six guests at the table. The dining room is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar, which seats an additional two guests. The eat-in kitchen also has a breakfast table that seats four. Enjoy relaxing in the sun room and watching the lagoon views. A half-bath services the family areas. There are two bedrooms located on the floor. The king bedroom has its own TV and private deck access. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with another bedroom furnished with a queen bed and located directly across the hall.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has a loft area with a foosball table, window seats and a built-in desk with wireless internet. A table for four is also set up in the loft, and is a great place to enjoy a snack of a game of chess. The master suite has a king bed, its own TV and access to the upstairs deck. This bedroom also has a full private bath. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, one of which has a trundle. This bedroom also has a full private bath.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
