Located behind the second gate in Vanderhorst Plantation, across the street from the beach and within an easy walk to the beach access, this five bedroom, four and one half bath home features lagoon views. This non smoking home offers such amenities as an outdoor shower, a gas grill, wireless internet access, and a wood burning fireplace. Square Feet 3700. Maximum # of guests allowed: 10



The main living areas feature hardwood floors and are located on the first floor. The living room features a flat screen TV with DVD player, and opens on to the large deck. The dining area off the kitchen can seat eight, while the eat in kitchen has a table that can seat six at the table and four more at the breakfast bar. A large kitchen island offers more counter space to make food preparation and service easier. The den features a flat screen TV and DVD, and offers additional living space. One of multiple bedroom suites is located on this floor. Furnished with a queen four post bed and including a full private bath and TV with DVD/VCR combo, this suite opens onto the lagoon view deck. A half bath is also located on this floor.



The remaining bedrooms and baths are located in on the second floor. The master suite has a king bed, and includes a flat screen TV with VCR, and private bath featuring a whirlpool tub and separate shower. A second suite features lagoon views, a king bed, a small TV with DVD and VCR, and a private bath that has whirlpool tub and shower combination. The third upstairs bedroom has a queen four post bed and includes a TV with DVD/VCR combo and access to a Jack and Jill bath, shared with the other upstairs bedroom. The final bedroom upstairs has three twin beds, and its own TV with VCR. A crib and high chair are also available for guest use, please not no crib linens are provided.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24 hour security in a gated community.
