This spacious 1,089 square foot, two bedroom, villa features fairway views and is an easy walk to the beach and a bike ride from Town Center eateries. The villa has 3 televisions including flat screen and dvd player. The first floor deck and the glassed-in sunroom provide great spaces for conversation and relaxation. The sunroom has a full-sized futon which provides additional flexibility in sleeping arrangements (bedding not provided). Turtle Point is a great location on Kiawah Island. Guests love Kiawah's 30 miles of paved bike trails winding through the maritime forest or riding on Kiawah's 10 miles of hard-packed beach. World-class golf is very close.

The two-story villa sleeps 6. Bedding includes a King bed in the master suite, two Twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests enjoy access to wireless internet. Please note, the wireless service requires a login and password. Contact the front desk about the login information.
