Charleston's Islands Business Development Team

About us: Our Charleston’s Islands team manages vacation rental properties in Kiawah, Seabrook, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.

Kelli Brown - Kiawah and Seabrook: Kelly has lived in the Charleston area for 20 years. She originally moved here to attend the College of Charleston. While in college, she began working on Kiawah and has held various roles on the island over the years.   She worked every facet of the restaurant business and appreciates the diverse knowledge of great food and fine wine she gained from that. Eventually she switched over to vacation rentals starting out in reservations and then moving over to property management.  She joined our business in July 2007 and has assisted with everything from housekeeping inspections to business development.

Michele Lemmon: Michele has lived in the Charleston area for 17 years and has been with our business here for the last 7 years.  Originally from the North, Michele moved to Columbia, SC to attend the University of South Carolina where she earned a BS in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management. After several years working in hotels, she switched to property management and has had the opportunity to gain experience in all facets of our Isle of Palms office, from inspections to business development.  Michele is now the business development representative for Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes and Sullivan’s Island.

Our Services: At this location, we professionally manage a diverse portfolio of properties that include everything from seven bedroom homes to one-bedroom villas with a variety of views. We have properties with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, serene lagoon views, beautiful golf or tennis views and the ever-changing marsh and river views. When our homeowners must return to their primary locations, they leave the island knowing that a devoted team of professionals is caring for their vacation rental property.  They appreciate the personal touch our team offers, in addition to our comprehensive marketing campaigns which allow them to feel comfortable that their property is receiving the exposure necessary to maximize their occupancy potential.
