We also have a very strong partnership agreement with Expedia, America’s largest online travel retailer. We also have access to many thousands of past guests within the broader ResortQuest family of resort locations. With that said: we are constantly testing, evaluating and rolling out new marketing initiatives designed to maximize occupancy at the highest possible rates. Additionally, we are continually one of the top ranked Management Companies when searching for the East Islands and Charleston online. We get a great deal of domestic and international web traffic from ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rental's portal website, WyndhamVacationRentals.com.
