From the furnished deck, relax as you watch the breezes play through the grass of the marsh. Enjoy the verdant views of the 16th fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf Course, and the adjoining lagoon. Located within and easy bike ride to the beach and most recreation, the Treeloft cottages are a great spot to spend a relaxing vacation. Club access available.



FIRST FLOOR: The living room has a wall of windows to take advantage of the beautiful marsh and fairway views. A high ceiling creates a sense of space, and a wood-burning fireplace is available for your enjoyment. A TV offers both a DVD player and expanded tier cable, and there is a stereo too. The dining area can seat up to six guests at the table, and has marsh views. It is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a long counter. The master suite is furnished with a queen bed, and includes a flat-screen TV and access to a private furnished sundeck via sliding glass doors, as well as a private master bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and shares the full hall bath. SECOND FLOOR On the second floor is a loft bedroom with two twin beds. This bedroom looks over the living room, and shares the full hall bath on the first floor. A bookshelf includes both beach reads and games. Accommodations are clean, but furnishings and appliances may be aged and showing signs of wear.



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.



Each Treeloft Cottage includes free covered parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
