Across the street from the beach, this second-level villa features views of the Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds golf courses. The Seabrook Island Beach Club is just across the street, and the Golf Club is next door.
The comfortable living room comes complete with large wall-mounted flat-screen plasma TV and DVD player. Sliding glass doors open from the living area to the furnished deck. Enjoy dining al fresco on the deck: with a dining table for six and another table for two looking out over the fairway, this is the perfect place for morning coffee or evening aperitifs. Back inside, the dining area seats 6 guests, and is open to both the living area and the kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, tile flooring and backsplash, and granite countertops. Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with two queen beds, and has its own wall-mounted flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open out to the deck, and each bedroom has a private bath.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
Each Atrium Villa includes free covered parking, deck, elevator access, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. Square feet 1080.
