Featuring wonderful fairway and lagoon views, this second-level villa includes access to the amenities of the Seabrook Island Club. Located across the street from the Beach Club and just beside the Golf Club, this thoughtfully decorated villa includes wireless internet access, granite countertops, new appliances, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a furnished deck.
The living areas have wood floors, and sisal area rugs. The living room includes a leather club chair and comfortable sofa, and has an entertainment center which includes a TV with expanded tier cable, and DVD player. High ceilings and ceiling fans create a sense of space. Sliding glass doors access the furnished deck with its fairway views. Two tables on the deck offer seating for up to eight guests. Between the living room and kitchen is the dining area, which seats up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes tile backsplash and granite counters. Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with two queen beds and has a private bath.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
Each Atrium Villa includes free covered parking, deck, elevator access, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. Square feet 1080.
