This incredible, top-of-the-line, four bedroom, two bath home offers such amenities as hardwood floors, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, a wrap deck with stainless gas grill, and screened porch overlooking the golf course. Guests also enjoy Club access. This home will accommodate up to ten guests. [Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. FIRST FLOOR: The spacious living room boasts a 52-inch flat screen TV with a DVD/VCR combo, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to the furnished screened porch. The living room also has a sleeper sofa which provides additional bedding. The gourmet kitchen is raised to overlook the living room and features granite counter tops, wine refrigerator, custom wood cabinets and a six burner Thermadore gas stove. The breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the dining area, and can seat up to four guests. The dining area has seating for eight at the table. The dining area also has a flat screen TV. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has a 42-inch wall mounted, flat screen plasma TV, along with screened porch access and a master bathroom with a deluxe walk-in shower. SECOND FLOOR: The second bedroom has queen bed and TV. A third bedroom has a double bed and TV while the fourth bedroom has two double beds. All three bedrooms on the second floor share the full hall bath.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
