This five bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home features a private pool with a spacious sundeck overlooking the golf course. The Seabrook Island Club amenities are a short bike ride away. This property has Santos mahogany floors in the living spaces and master suite. There is custom tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and luxurious custom carpeting by Stark in the 3 bedrooms and fun "kid's retreat" room. This gorgeous home has state-of-the-art electronics such as plasma and flat screen televisions, surround sound, and 5-area audio system.



FIRST FLOOR: The living area is equipped with comfortable furnishings, and looks out over the private swimming pool and golf course. A large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV holds pride-of-place above the gas fireplace, and French doors open out to the furnished back deck and pool area, which is a great place to enjoy a meal in the sun. A gas grill is located on the deck. The dining room seats up to 6 guests comfortably around the table, and the large gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances including a flat screen TV, and a breakfast bar that seats 4 guests. A game room features a full-sized pool table and a wet bar. A half bathroom serves the downstairs area, and large screened porch is perfect for morning coffee, late afternoon naps, or dining al fresco.



SECOND FLOOR: The master suite and 3 queen bedrooms are located upstairs. The master suite has a stunning four poster bed, 27-inch flat panel TV, a generous walk-in closet, and access to the upstairs deck overlooking the pool and golf course. The master bath is fully tiled with a double vanity, large jetted tub, and an extra large walk-in steam shower. The first queen bedroom overlooks the golf course and the pool, has its own private bathroom, and shares access to the deck with the master suite. The second queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the third queen bedroom, and they are each equipped with charming furnishings, art and accessories. The "kid's retreat" room is located over the garage. With three twin beds, a sofa, 20-inch flat screen TV, and a little refrigerator and ice maker, this room will make an appealing hang-out for your children's stay.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests.
