FIRST FLOOR: The cheery living room is decorated in blues and yellows, and features a gas fireplace. A TV with expanded tier cable is available for your entertainment, and a wall of windows offers a lovely view of the 17th green of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course. The dining area seats up to six guests, and has access to the furnished deck. The adjacent dining room has a breakfast bar which can seat up to four guests, and wraps around the kitchen. The counters and island of the spacious kitchen are granite. The gas range is located in the kitchen island. The cozy downstairs den has a sleeper sofa, 42 inch flat screen TV, and has a workstation with high speed internet. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and includes its own TV with expanded tier cable, and access to the furnished deck. It has a private bath. A queen bed is located in the second bedroom, which features cheerful yellow walls with hand-painted details, and its own TV. The yellow and blue palette from the living room is echoed in this bedroom. A third bedroom has two twin beds, and its own TV.



SECOND FLOOR: The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. This spacious room also includes a sitting area, complete with two sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa. This bedroom has its own full private bath.



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use. .
