In addition to 4 TV's and 2 DVD players, this townhouse-style, 3-story villa includes a custom kitchen, hardwood floors in the downstairs living areas, and an elevator from the garage into the villa! FIRST FLOOR The kitchen features granite wrap-around counters, and a tile backsplash that runs the entire perimeter of the kitchen. A breakfast bar seats two guest, and the dining table seats another six. The living room has plenty of seating, and includes an entertainment center with stereo, flat screen TV, DVD player, and expanded tier cable. A sleeper sofa provides additional bedding. A conversation nook has more seating, and a door out to the furnished deck, where a dining table for four overlooks the fairway. A half-bath serves the living areas. SECOND FLOOR Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has its own TV and private balcony. A sitting area holds a chaise lounge, and is perfect for curling up with a good book. The master bath has a dual sink vanity, whirlpool tub and separate stall shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has its own TV. This bedroom has a private bath with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and its own TV, and has a private bath with tub/shower combination.



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.



Overlooking the first fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course, the Fairway One villas are comfortable, modern townhouse-style villas with under-villa parking. Each Fairway One villa includes free covered parking, deck, elevator access, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
