Looking out over the greens of the seventh fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course, this charming cottage is beautifully appointed with wonderful furnishings and original works of art. This cottage is in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from the beach, a good central location for enjoying the amenities of the Seabrook Island Beach Club and the Seabrook Island Lake House. Club access is available for guests of this cottage.



FIRST FLOOR Hardwood floors anchor the living room, while peaked timbered ceilings open up the space, which is furnished with high-quality woven armchairs and a comfortable couch. The living room has a 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo. The hardwood floors continue into the dining room, which seats up to six guests. The kitchen has a charming mural above the cabinets, hardwood floors, and a country kitchen feel. The master suite has a semi-tropical motif which is exemplified in the leafy mural which runs around the room. This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and also includes a 27-inch TV with DVD player, a private furnished deck, and a private bath. The second queen bedroom is off the kitchen, and includes a TV. This second bedroom shares a full hall bath with the living space.



SECOND FLOOR There are two twin beds upstairs in the loft. This loft bedroom has a bedside bookcase with a small collection of books, and shares the downstairs hall bath. Each Treeloft Cottage includes free covered parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
