This nonsmoking, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is located in the Villages at Seabrook. This community offers a covered lagoon-side picnic area located across the main street about 50 yards away, and is within close walking distance of the Equestrian Center and Tennis Center. This beautiful home is a bike ride from the beach or Bohicket Marina Village. Guests of this home do have the option of using the Seabrook Island Club facilities. Please note: stays of 6 nights or less will incur an additional $262 to cover the cost of the cleaning fee. Use of a grill is not allowed at this home.



FIRST FLOOR: The welcoming front porch of this charming home is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a glass of iced tea. Ceiling fans and Adirondack chairs create a comfortable refuge from the summer sun. Hardwood flooring is found throughout the house, but is prevalent on the first floor. Accent rugs create oases throughout the first floor. The living area is comfortably appointed and features a fireplace, as well as a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The adjoining dining area seats six guests, and both areas have sisal area rugs. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master suite is located on the first floor, and is furnished with a king bed. It has hardwood floors and a ceiling fan, and its own TV. There is also a private en suite bath with a dual vanity that features a claw-footed tub and separate shower.



SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a double vanity. The twin bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. In addition, there is a small deck on the second floor, with wonderful neighborhood views.



Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community. The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will be charged $25 per day, $150 per week, or $210 per month, for the Club amenity access cards. ResortQuest will rebate the access amount, up to $150. (Original receipts from the Club can be turned into ResortQuest's Front Desk in Freshfields Village upon departure. Rebate available only to direct ResortQuest rental guests.) Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
