Beachfront villa with beautiful ocean views, only a short walk to the Seabrook Beach Club pools, golf and dining. Guests in this villa enjoy full access to the Club amenities, which include use of the junior Olympic lap pool, wading pool and family pool, 15 composition tennis counts, equestrian center, fitness center, plus children's, teen and family programs to keep everyone entertained during your stay, usage fees apply. FIRST FLOOR - Fully equipped kitchen, living room with HDTV/DVR and 100 channels, dining area, Master Suite with Queen bed, second bedroom with two Twin beds and private bath, plus a large sundeck for soaking up the sun and enjoying the views.



SECOND FLOOR - Loft bedroom with two Twin beds, sitting area with flat screen HDTV, private sundeck and bath. Other features include hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling and wireless internet service. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.



The Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required and additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to use. Rental guests in this property will have access to the Club facilities. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
