This villa offers ocean and inlet views, plus a loft for additional living space. Great beachfront location! The living and dining areas of this villa look out over the mouth of the Edisto River and the Atlantic Ocean. The furnished deck is accessed via sliding glass doors in the living area. The dining area seats 6 guests, and is adjacent to the spacious kitchen, which also has access to the deck. Two bedrooms downstairs each have 2 twin beds, and private baths. Upstairs, the Master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a private bath. It shares the loft space with a den area, furnished with a sleeper sofa and a table which seats 4, and is perfect for playing cards or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee before the kids wake up! Sliding glass doors open onto a furnished second floor sundeck with lovely ocean views. Square feet 2100.



Each Beach Club Villa includes: free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.



Rental guests will not have access to the Club facilities. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor, heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities a Lake House Amenity Card is required and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
